We started Zip as a solution to problems we personally face: waiting too long for deliveries and constantly chasing updates that don’t come when needed. It turns out we weren’t alone as businesses and their customers too suffer from unsatisfactory logistics. We believe Trinidad and Tobago is too small for deliveries to have to take days, and managing your own drivers costs time and money better spent elsewhere.
